    Survey levels and drainage, test the soil and identify flood, erosion and storm-water constraints before foundations are designed.

    Access and logistics

    Verify legal access, all-weather vehicle movement, delivery routes and the working area required during construction.

    Confirm the real capacity, distance and budget for water, wastewater, power and communications, including off-grid alternatives.

    Environmental review

    Screen the project against current MADES and municipal requirements, then freeze the design only after the applicable permit path is documented.

Allow about 28 m² including access, on level ground clear of tree canopies. Supplier-designed flue and combustible clearances are required; ventilation sides stay open while grilling.

Potable water, approved drainage and a protected electrical circuit. Screens are not storm protection; follow manufacturer wind limits.

Care & use

Clean the grill, inspect gutters and fixings, maintain timber for its exposure. Let the grill cool before enclosing the sides.
