Plan B acts as the controller of personal data collected through this site. For privacy matters please contact contact@planbparaguay.club.
02What data we collect
When you contact us, apply to the Circle or save an Atelier project, we process the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, stated interest, message or application, and any design configuration you choose to save. We also process your language and basic browser or device information. Our hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and security logs. We do not use advertising trackers or behavioral profiling.
03Why we use it
We use this information to answer your request, prepare the conversation or service you asked for, protect the site and, if you proceed, manage our working relationship. For enquiries and applications, the legal bases are steps taken at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interests in handling genuine enquiries and preventing abuse. Where we expressly ask for consent, such as when saving an Atelier project or requesting a memo, consent is the legal basis and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
04Storage and retention
Data is handled through contracted hosting, database and email infrastructure with access controls. We keep it only for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain the resulting relationship and meet security, record-keeping or legal obligations. We review it and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed, unless a legal obligation or claim requires longer retention.
05Sharing
We do not sell personal data or disclose it for third-party marketing. Our hosting, database and email-delivery providers process limited data on our instructions so the site and forms can operate. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
06International transfers
As a firm operating between Europe and Paraguay, your data may be processed outside the EU. Where this happens we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with the GDPR.
