Three founders. One conviction.
Plan B was founded by three Slovaks with different experience and clearly divided responsibilities. Fifo and Jerry moved to Paraguay, live there and run other projects and companies alongside Plan B. Rasty manages construction companies in Austria and Slovakia, yet spends more than half the year in Paraguay. Whenever a project requires his personal presence, he is on site. Each of us has a different responsibility — construction and quality, investor communication, finance and project organisation. That keeps every project under our direct control.
Our job is not to sell a client bare land and leave them to work out what comes next. We first select the land, complete the legal and technical checks, and prepare the documentation, permits, master plan, schedule and delivery process.
Once an investor selects a project and we agree the final details, we do not start from a blank page. The essential groundwork is already in place, so we can move directly into delivery. Plan B then organises and manages everything from design and contractors to construction and handover, with on-site quality control to European building standards.

Rasty trained as a construction technician / engineer in Slovakia and spent years on Slovak and Austrian sites where every centimetre is checked twice. He's the one in steel-toe boots at six in the morning. For him European standard isn't a marketing line — it's how a wall is poured, how rebar is tied, how long the concrete is left to set before work continues on top of it. Every Plan B build passes through his hands. If he didn't see it, it didn't happen.

Fifo has spent nearly a decade negotiating across industries — and has the rare instinct of knowing when a deal is fair for both sides. He's the person on the other end of the line when an investor first reaches out. No call center, no funnel, no script. He prefers slow conversations over fast deals — because his goal is simple: whoever joins Plan B should stay with us for the long run. In his previous businesses, clients have stuck around for years, and we want Plan B to feel exactly the same.

Jerry runs the side of the company nobody sees but everyone depends on. Capital flows, accounting, reporting, internal processes — all kept in audit-grade order. He believes that if a project's numbers and structure can't be explained simply and briefly, something is off. His standard: every transaction documented, every quarter clearly reported to the investor, everyone knowing exactly where their capital sits.
