BCP reported that higher meat sales helped drive Paraguay’s export growth in 2025. From January to May 2026, Paraguayan beef reached 48 countries and the average implicit export price rose to USD 6,668 per tonne from USD 5,639 a year earlier. These are market indicators, not a forecast for this mandate.

A Plan B investment or construction client does not have to meet the Investor Pass threshold. We can coordinate the standard route that fits the client's case, subject to current official eligibility and documents.
For clients who qualify and choose Investor Pass from the outset, we coordinate the investment file, migration process and cédula as one connected mandate.
We do not accept standalone residency-only or cédula-only mandates without an active Plan B investment or construction project.

Plan B selects and buys cattle for the agreed operating cycle, provides the land or lease, people, water, animal-health oversight, records and sale coordination, then reports and reconciles the result under the individual contract.
Is a 20% return guaranteed?+
No. The 20+% figure describes Plan B’s first closed annual operating result. Future outcomes can change with purchase price, growth, costs, animal health and the market, so each mandate is reviewed and contracted individually.
Can this investment be connected with Paraguay residency?+
Plan B can coordinate the applicable residency and cédula route for active clients investing through us, subject to current official eligibility and documents. It is not automatic, it is not a standalone residency service and it is not automatically Investor Pass.
